Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Speech Language Pathology
I found my love for working with children at a young age. I strive to combine my compassion, professional and educational experiences, and love of play to provide therapy that is strength-based, evidence-informed, and client-centred.
I have extensive experience working with neurodiverse children and individuals who use Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). I particularly enjoy supporting articulation, early social communication, and language development, and I have a special interest in fluency. I also provide SLP services in the hospital setting to adults with speech, language, and swallowing difficulties.
I obtained my Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of British Columbia. Prior to this, I worked for several years as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, Behavioural Interventionist, and Respite Caregiver. In these roles, I supported individuals ages 2–16 and gained experience using approaches informed by the Early Start Denver Model and the Reference and Regulate Program.
I am committed to creating a safe, respectful, and trusting therapeutic relationship. Outside of work, I enjoy movement-based activities such as going on walks and working out. I also love knitting, travelling, and spending time with friends and family.
