About Preet

Preet is a Registered Speech-Language Pathologist and Clinical Director at Aria Integrated Care. Since completing her Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology a decade ago, she has worked with children and families across home, school, clinic, and community settings.

Her approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and family-centred. She believes that communication skills are most meaningful when they support a child's participation in everyday life whether that means expressing their needs, connecting with family and peers, participating more confidently at school, or developing greater independence in their daily routines.

Preet's clinical experience includes supporting children with speech and language differences, early communication needs, motor speech difficulties, social communication needs, and children who use Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). She has a particular interest in helping families understand their child's communication profile and incorporating strategies into natural routines rather than limiting progress to the therapy session itself.

Over the years, working alongside families, educators, therapy assistants, and other healthcare professionals shaped Preet's vision for Aria Integrated Care. She founded Aria with the goal of making collaborative care easier for families to access and bringing professionals from different disciplines together around the needs of each child.

Today, her role extends beyond direct clinical care to providing clinical leadership, supporting and mentoring Aria's speech-language team, collaborating with other disciplines, and helping guide the continued development of Aria's services.
